After completing college, Hartono immediately worked at an IT consulting company in Jakarta. He was interested and built his own consulting service business with his friends. but it is neither easy nor successful.

However, with the effort and enthusiasm they gave, Hartono and his friends restarted the consulting services business in 2011.
